Growing our urban forest – for and with the people.

By supporting City of Trees you can be confident that everything we do is to benefit the people and wildlife of our great region. We plant our trees in communities and green spaces across Greater Manchester, connecting with people from all walks of life. At the heart of our mission is the belief that nature recovery thrives when communities are engaged and empowered to participate. We grow and care for our urban forest – for people and with people.

That’s what it’s all about for us. So however you choose to support us, know it’s all to make Greater Manchester even better.

Citizen Forester is a way for anyone to join in and show support for our mission to plant trees, look after trees and create a culture of trees. We want to harness the collective power of people by bringing people together to make a positive difference for our environment.
