Growing more trees for Greater Manchester

By supporting City of Trees you can be confident that everything we do is to benefit the people and wildlife of our great region. We plant our trees in communities and green spaces across Greater Manchester, connecting with people from all walks of life. That’s what it’s all about for us. So however you choose to support us, know it’s all to make Greater Manchester even better.

As well as individuals, we support working with community action or religious groups – whether this be through fundraising or volunteer events. Please get in touch with our team if this is something you’d be interested in.

Volunteer and become a Citizen Forester

Citizen Forester is a way for anyone to join in and show support for our mission to plant trees, look after trees and create a culture of trees. We want to harness the collective power of people by bringing people together to make a positive difference for our environment.
