Dementia Friendly Walks in Trafford

Join City of Trees for an accessible and gentle stroll through Longford Park and take in the natural beauty around you.

Afterward, we will head inside the Ladies Bowling Club to participate in a nature-themed activity and chat over some tea and coffee.

We have a different activity each month to match each walk for a chance use creative skills while socialising!

These sessions are run in collaboration with The People, Place and Nature Project at Longford Park. Find out more information on the exciting changes happening here.

The People, Place and Nature Project is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, Trafford Council will deliver £6m of improvements to the features and facilities of Longford Park.
