Delivery Manager
Beth joined the City of Trees team in August 2013 after completing a degree in Wildlife & Practical Conservation (BSc Hons) at the University of Salford.
Beth currently manages the delivery of all the teams’ practical activity including tree planting, woodland management and community engagement. A focus in recent years has been on the DEFRA-funded planting projects including Trees for Climate, the Northern Forest and Trees for Learning, a programme of tree planting with Primary Schools across Greater Manchester. During the course of this project, Beth worked with over 150 schools to design and deliver bespoke tree planting schemes and educational activities.
Beth is passionate about the outdoors, nature and sport. One of Beth’s favourite trees is oak because she loves the shape of large oak silhouettes on misty winter mornings.
