Citizen Forester tree planting

Join us at Kingsway Park, on Tuesday 9th April for tree planting and become a Citizen Forester with City of Trees.

The Details

Tree planting will improve the habitat and health of our woodlands with the local community. All tools will be provided, please wear suitable clothing for outdoor work and sturdy footwear. Drop in for an hour or stay the whole day – you will be guided throughout the day so no prior experience is necessary.

Time & Location

10am – 3pm, Kingsway Park, Urmston, Trafford, M41 0TF

Parking/public transport

Parking: There is residential parking available. Please be considerate when parking and try to car share where possible.
Bus routes: 256, 25 bus routes stop on Lostock Road which is a 2 minute walk to site. 254 bus routes stop on Kingsway park road and is a 5 minute walk to site.
Nearest tram stop: Barton Dock Road, then a 22 minute walk to site
