Citizen Forester tree planting

Join us on Wednesday 3rd April for tree planting at Balderstone Park in Rochdale and become a Citizen Forester with City of Trees!

The Details

Tree planting will improve the habitat and health of our woodlands with the local community. All tools will be provided, please wear suitable clothing for outdoor work and sturdy footwear. Drop in for an hour or stay the whole day – you will be guided throughout the day so no prior experience is necessary.

Time & Location

10am – 3pm. Balderstone Park, Rochdale, OL11 2AH

Parking/public transport

Parking: There is residential parking around the site. Please be considerate when parking and try to car share when possible.
Bus routes: 409 Rochdale – Ashton-under-Lyne; 880 Norden to Buersil Head; 6 Rochdale to Lower Place; R7 Rochdale to Middleton
