The Details
Join us for a day of tree maintenance and become a Citizen Forester with City of Trees!
We’ll be giving our young trees at Greenwood Field some Tree-LC. We will be carrying out this work to ensure that these trees reach maturity and create woodland areas that will support the local wildlife whilst also responding to the climate emergency.
All tools will be provided; please wear suitable clothing for outdoor work and sturdy footwear. Drop in for an hour or stay the whole day – you will be guided throughout the day so no prior experience is necessary. This activity is suitable for adults and older children because this task requires the use of sharp tools. If you are interested in bringing young children to this event please contact our team to see how you can be involved.
