Join us for the second Green Skills session being held at Stretford Meadows as part of our Seeds of Change programme, where you will learn a range of green skills, from seed, to tree, to woodland. You do not need to have attended the previous session to come along.

This session will be all about tree seeds, and how to collect them. We will also be talking about our volunteer programme at our tree nursery, so come along if you’re interested in learning all about how trees grow.

This session is for young people aged 16-25, looking to learn new skills, gain experience in the environment sector or just to try something new! If you have any questions or would like any more information, contact Nina at nina@cityoftrees.org.uk.

About the site

The area where we will be working sometimes has uneven ground, thick vegetation, and informal paths through the woodland. A portaloo will be available on site for participant use.
