The Details
Tree planting will improve the habitat and health of our woodlands with the local community. All tools will be provided, please wear suitable clothing for outdoor work and sturdy footwear. Drop in for an hour or stay the whole day – you will be guided throughout the day so no prior experience is necessary.
Time & Location
- 10am – 3 pm, stay for an hour or join us for the full day
- Meeting Point – Buckingham Way, Timperley, Altrincham WA15 6PQ. Entrance via Stoney Bridge Lane (on foot) or Buckingham Way entrance.

- Parking: There is residential parking off Park Road and Grove Lane. Please be considerate when parking and try to car share when possible.
- Bus routes: 11, 371, 370 stop on Stockport Road, this is then a 10 minute walk to site. 281, 760 stop on Park Road this is then a 5 minute walk to site.
- Nearest tram stop: Timperly tram stop and then a 25 minute walk to site.
