By taking part in staff fundraising for the City of Trees movement in Greater Manchester you’ll be helping to plant more trees, restore more woodland and help us to inspire a passion for trees and woods.
We’ll work with you to develop a calendar of events that works for you and your team, so that you have loads of fun while raising cash for a good cause! Here are few ideas to get you started…
In the office
Keep it simple! Run a duvet day raffle for an extra day of annual leave, set up a swear jar or get a sweepstake going to tie in with your favourite competition.
Something social
Great for colleagues, customers, clients or suppliers. Organise a fundraising feast, crown the general knowledge champions in a quiz night or challenge teams to get out and discover their local area in a scavenger hunt.
Seasonal fundraising
Theme your idea to the time of year. Get the mini eggs out for an Easter bake off, hold a spooky Halloween sweet sale or get festive with a Christmas hamper raffle.
Take on a challenge
Get sponsored to do push yourself and do something amazing! There are loads of events going on across Greater Manchester, so whatever your fitness level you can find the right challenge for you. You could even turn it into an office challenge – pick an event and see who can raise the most!
