City of Trees, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, as part of the ‘Woodland Futures’ project is restoring the heritage of historic woodlands in Wythenshawe.

As part of this we will be running a woodland management session at Princes Spinney, Wythenshawe. The day will involve the pruning and thinning of trees and scrub clearance within the area of woodland to ensure it's healthy management. 

All tools and gloves will be provided as well as light refreshments (hot drinks and biscuits).
